Preparations before counting banknotes:

In order to avoid different error codes when counting banknotes and improve the first pass rate, the following points must be paid attention to:

  1. Before counting currency, please be sure to adjust the note guiders to fit the length of the bills.
  2. Ensure the bills are neatly stacked and flat before placing them into the hopper; avoid inserting folded or severely crumpled notes.
  3. Follow the proper bill placement angle as indicated on the machine to ensure smooth feeding.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 40 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
